今天,我們生活在一個(gè)毫無(wú)想象力的“真空”里,每一棟建筑都是一座孤島。而在“無(wú)界社區(qū)”的設(shè)想里,每一棟建筑都是一個(gè)社區(qū)營(yíng)造的過程,參與性、公共性和聯(lián)結(jié)性是“無(wú)界社區(qū)”的三個(gè)特性。首先,我們通過設(shè)計(jì)一種靈活的空間結(jié)構(gòu),讓使用者可以真正地參與到這個(gè)空間的使用中來(lái),從而激發(fā)了個(gè)體的創(chuàng)造力,使空間的功能可以按照使用者真實(shí)的需求來(lái)定義,無(wú)論是紫泥十二門里面的浴池坡道,還是文立方的中庭,又或者是“無(wú)界的墻”前面的消防車道;其次,我們通過“共享”的方式來(lái)模糊公與私的邊界,增加公共性,像紫泥十二門里面街道化的玄關(guān),文立方的空中走廊,以及竹絲崗“無(wú)界的墻”;最后,我們?yōu)椴煌纳缛禾峁└鞣N連接的機(jī)會(huì),幫助促使社區(qū)融合,比如菜市場(chǎng)美術(shù)館項(xiàng)目讓攤主、社區(qū)居民、學(xué)生和藝術(shù)家一起共建城市的文化和空間,文立方也可以讓平民化的市集開在全城最精英的社區(qū)。
Today, we live in an unimaginative "vacuum" where every building is an island. In an ideal "Boundless Community", every building is a process of community building, and participation, publicness and connection are the three key characteristics of such community. First of all, by designing a flexible space structure, users can really participate in the use of this space, thus stimulating individual creativity. The function of the space can be defined according to the real needs of users, whether it is the bath ramp inside the Zi Ni Twelve Gates, the atrium of Man Lap Fong, or the fire engine access in front of the Boundless Wall; Secondly, the boundaries between public and private is blurred by way of "sharing", hence increased publicness, such as the hallway cum street inside the Zi Ni Twelve Gates, the "midair corridor" of Man Lap Fong, and the Boundless Wall of Zhusigang; Finally, we provide various opportunities for different communities to connect with each other and help promote community integration. For example, the farmers market museum project allows vendors, community residents, students and artists to build the city's culture and space together; Man Lap Fong also gives access to flea market in the most elite community of the city.
